Responsible Social Gameplay

Version: 1.1
Date of Last Update: August 10th, 2026

Magic Clover Casino is committed to promoting responsible social gameplay as part of our commitment to player care and social responsibility.

Our goal is to provide an enjoyable entertainment experience while helping players remain aware of the potential risks associated with excessive or uncontrolled gameplay.

To support safe and manageable play, Magic Clover Casino provides responsible gameplay tools that players may use to manage their activity. We may also apply appropriate responsible gameplay measures where we reasonably determine that such measures are necessary.

1. KEEPING TRACK OF YOUR PLAY

Keep it fun

1.1. Gameplay should be treated as entertainment and enjoyed in moderation.

It should not be used as a way to escape personal problems or as a means of generating income through prizes.

Don't spend too much

1.2. Decide in advance how much you are comfortable spending on entertainment and stay within that budget.

Only purchase Gold Coins with money you can afford to spend.

Players may also participate without making a purchase through the alternative methods of entry described in our Sweeps Rules.

Keep track of the time

1.3. Keep track of how much time you spend playing.

Gameplay should remain a form of entertainment and should not interfere with work, school, family responsibilities, sleep, social activities, or other important parts of daily life.

Make use of our gameplay management tools

1.4. Magic Clover Casino provides responsible gameplay tools designed to help you manage your gameplay activity.

If you feel that you need time away from gameplay, you may use the options described in Section 2.

1.5. If you believe that you may be spending too much time playing or that your gameplay is becoming difficult to control, we recommend reviewing the self-assessment questions in Section 3.

2. STAYING IN CONTROL

2.1. Magic Clover Casino supports responsible gameplay and provides players with a range of tools to help manage their gameplay activity.

Account History

2.2. You may contact Customer Support to request information regarding your recent account activity.

Available account history may include:

  1. gameplay results for the previous two weeks; and
  2. Gold Coin purchase and Sweeps Coin redemption history for the previous two weeks.

For assistance, contact [email protected].

The Session Reminder

2.3. Magic Clover Casino may provide Session Reminders to help players remain aware of the amount of time they spend playing.

After a continuous gameplay session reaches two hours, a Session Reminder may be displayed once every hour thereafter.

The reminder may:

  1. temporarily interrupt gameplay and show how long you have been playing; and
  2. allow you to either end the session or continue playing.

Set Limits

2.4. If you would like to set responsible gameplay limits, you may send a request to Customer Support and include the words "set limits" in your email.

Customer Support may provide you with a unique link that allows you to configure the requested restrictions.

If the link expires or cannot be accessed, please contact [email protected].

Purchase Limit

2.5. You may set a limit on the amount of Gold Coins that you can purchase during a selected period.

Available periods include:

  1. Daily;
  2. Weekly; or
  3. Monthly.

Once the applicable purchase limit has been reached, you will not be able to make additional Gold Coin purchases until the applicable period resets.

You may request to adjust or remove the limit.

A decrease to an existing limit may take effect immediately.

An increase to an existing limit, or removal of the limit, will be subject to a 3-day cooling-off period before becoming effective.

Play Limit

2.6. You may set a limit on the amount of Sweeps Coins that you can use for gameplay during a selected period.

Available periods include:

  1. Daily;
  2. Weekly; or
  3. Monthly.

Once the applicable limit has been reached, you will not be able to use additional Sweeps Coins for gameplay until the applicable period resets.

You may request to adjust or remove the limit.

A decrease to an existing limit may take effect immediately.

An increase to an existing limit, or removal of the limit, will be subject to a 3-day cooling-off period before becoming effective.

Daily Time Limit

2.7. You may set a daily limit on the amount of time that you can remain logged in and play on your account.

The maximum daily time limit that may be selected is 10 hours per day.

Once the selected daily limit has been reached, you may be logged out and prevented from continuing gameplay until the next day.

A decrease to the daily time limit may take effect immediately.

An increase to the daily time limit, or removal of the limit, will be subject to a 3-day cooling-off period before becoming effective.

2.8. We will make reasonable efforts to implement requested limits as soon as practicable.

Please note that a reasonable processing period may be required before a requested limit becomes fully effective.

A limit will be considered active once it has been successfully implemented on your account.

If you believe that a requested limit has not been correctly applied, please contact Customer Support immediately at [email protected].

Take a Break

2.9. If you would like to temporarily take a break from gameplay, you may contact Customer Support and briefly describe your request.

Customer Support may provide you with a unique link that allows you to activate the requested restriction.

If the link expires or cannot be accessed, please contact [email protected].

Available Take a Break periods include:

  1. 3 days;
  2. 7 days;
  3. 14 days; or
  4. 30 days.

During an active Take a Break period:

  1. your account cannot be reactivated before the selected period ends;
  2. you will not be able to play games;
  3. you will not be able to make purchases;
  4. you will not be able to make normal prize redemption requests;
  5. you may not receive promotional or marketing communications from us; and
  6. existing redemption requests that were already pending before the Take a Break became effective will not normally be affected.

If you would like to request an eligible redemption while a Take a Break restriction is active, please contact Customer Support at [email protected].

2.10. When the selected Take a Break period expires, access to your account will automatically resume unless you have contacted us and requested that your account not be reopened.

2.11. We will make reasonable efforts to implement a Take a Break request as soon as practicable.

A reasonable processing period may be required.

The Take a Break restriction will be considered active once it has been successfully implemented on your account.

If you believe that the restriction has not been correctly applied, please contact Customer Support immediately.

Self-Exclusion

2.12. Self-exclusion allows you to restrict access to your Magic Clover Casino account for a longer period.

If you believe that your gameplay has become problematic or difficult to control, you may voluntarily request self-exclusion by contacting Customer Support at [email protected].

You may briefly describe your request in your email.

Customer Support may provide you with a unique link through which the requested self-exclusion may be implemented.

If the link expires or cannot be accessed, please contact Customer Support again for assistance.

2.13. To allow us to identify your account and process your self-exclusion request, you may be required to provide:

  1. your full name;
  2. your address; and
  3. the email address associated with your account.

2.14. After your self-exclusion request has been processed, a confirmation email may be sent to the email address associated with your account.

If you do not receive the required confirmation within 7 days after submitting your request, please contact [email protected].

Where an additional confirmation is required and no response has been received, we may send another confirmation email on the 8th day following the original request.

If no response is received within a further 7 days following the resent confirmation, we may close the account and place the self-exclusion restriction into effect automatically.

2.15. During an active self-exclusion period:

  1. you will not be able to play games;
  2. you will not be able to make purchases; and
  3. you will not normally be able to initiate prize redemptions.

Redemption requests that were already pending before the self-exclusion became effective will not normally be affected.

Sweeps Coins may expire 90 days after your last login, subject to the applicable Sweeps Rules.

We therefore recommend that you redeem any eligible redeemable balance before activating self-exclusion where permitted.

For additional information regarding Sweeps Coins, please refer to our Sweeps Rules.

If you require assistance with an eligible redemption during a self-exclusion period, contact [email protected].

2.16. Self-exclusion will apply for a minimum period of 6 months.

You may request a longer self-exclusion period where appropriate.

2.17. An active self-exclusion cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed during the minimum 6-month exclusion period.

After the applicable exclusion period has expired, you may request account reactivation by contacting [email protected].

2.18. If you request that your account be reopened following self-exclusion:

  1. the request will be recorded and will be subject to an additional 7-day waiting period;
  2. after the waiting period expires, we may contact you to confirm whether you still wish to reactivate your account;
  3. we may ask questions or request additional information to determine whether reopening the account is appropriate; and
  4. your account may be reopened only if you continue to request reactivation and Magic Clover Casino determines that reopening the account is appropriate.

Reactivation remains subject to our review and discretion.

2.19. We will make reasonable efforts to implement self-exclusion as soon as practicable.

A self-exclusion period will not be considered to have started until the restriction has been implemented on your account and communicated to you.

If you remain able to access or log in to your account after receiving confirmation that self-exclusion is active, please contact Customer Support immediately.

2.20. Magic Clover Casino may restrict or exclude a player from the platform where we reasonably believe that the player's gameplay behavior indicates a responsible gameplay concern.

2.21. If you believe that you are experiencing difficulty controlling your gameplay, we strongly encourage you to consider restricting or excluding yourself from other gameplay platforms on which you maintain an active account.

Stop Playing / Close Your Account

2.22. You may request closure of your Magic Clover Casino account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected].

2.23. Magic Clover Casino reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or close an account where permitted under our Terms of Service and other applicable policies.

Any valid obligations that arose before account closure will continue to be handled in accordance with the applicable Terms of Service, Sweeps Rules, and other platform policies.

3. SELF-ASSESSMENT
